Grants & Compliance Lead

Biodiversity & Planting Coordinator
Eileen shapes seasonal planting plans and pollinator-friendly schemes, balancing appearance, habitat value, and practical maintenance for shared spaces.
Communications & Outreach Coordinator
Declan handles public updates, event promotion, and local outreach so residents understand current projects, upcoming opportunities, and the impact of shared effort.
